‘Spectator’ is proud to announce a strategic tie-up with Argus Electronic Security Systems Pvt. Ltd.
supported by the Zener group from the UAE. This venture will establish the ‘Spectator Service Center’ (SSC) which offers the unique and innovative ‘Total Concept Solution’ from Spectator.
The SSC will empower Argus to provide alarm monitoring and handling, video verification, audio
intervention and remote services functionalities. Argus will possess the unique distinction of being
among the first solution providers to offer real time video verification of alarms, using the Spectator
SYROS platform.
ARGUS will also offer the Spectator BIDI-box solution for secure video conferencing with applications in
Healthcare, Education and Corporate market segments, which will also be a first in India. The BiDi-box
can also be used in Healthcare applications like Tele-consult, remote care of the elderly etc., in multi-
media applications with a 2-way A/V conference solution or a 1-way A/V streaming solution and in
education applications like tele-learning.
